The base price for a home inspection is $375 for all homes up to 1500 square feet of heated and cooled space.**
Above 1500 square feet, as the home size increases (and the inspection time increases) we calculate the cost of the inspection on the size of the home, grouped into increments of 500 square feet. *
For example:
Homes from 0-1500 square feet = $375
Homes from 1501-2000 square feet = $400
Homes from 2001- 2500 square feet = $425
(The price is increasing by $25 per 500 square foot of home size increase).
