The starting base price for a home inspection is $450 for all homes up to 1500 square feet of heated and cooled space.
Above 1500 square feet, as the home size increases (and the inspection time increases) we calculate the cost of the inspection on the size and complexity of the home.
We adjust the price of the home inspection: for age of home (historic homes), complexity of home (multiple buildings) etc. You will always know the price and accept the inspection agreement and price before the inspection, no surprises.
